    The features that I like about this oven are the 30 minute timer, knobs that are easy to turn, and the roll top lid which keeps the door out of the oven.

    The rack is large enough to fit a pizza, and it's easy to adjust, just like one of my other toaster ovens.

    When this oven was delivered, I excitedly opened the box, unwrapped the accessories and gave them a wash, sat and read through the manual, and then I decided what to cook first, after checking the heating requirement and the Anti-Stink pre-use heating process.

    The small issue that was hanging over us when we first used it was quickly solved by the fact that it looked great on the counter top and did a great job with our food.

    I have to see if I can make a warranty claim or get a new oven from Hamilton Beach. The new oven arrived within 2 weeks of my initial contact with them.

    What is the option to stay on setting?

    A:

    To preheat the oven, turn the bottom knob to the right and set the timer.

    I wonder if the element is under the cook rack, cheese will burn on it in the oven.

    A:

    The two uncovered elements are under the cook rack, but I wrap the included baking sheet in foil and place it on a separate rack just beneath the wire rack, which catches all drips, and still allowing my toast to get crispy.

    Does it come with the pan shown in the picture or just the wire grate?

    A:

    It came with a pan and wire grate. They are used and the manufacture doesn't clean them.

    I'm going to switch to the toaster oven if it doesn't hit up my kitchen. Does it put off a lot of heat?

    A:

    It's hot if you touch it, but I didn't notice any ambient heat in my kitchen or in the area of the toaster oven.

    Q:

    How many burners are on the top and bottom for toasting and broiling?

    A:

    It has two on the bottom and two on the top, but that's better than the sort with only one on the bottom and one on the upper level.
